One-time purchases
Every one-time purchase carries a 14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. Email scriptry.io@gmail.com with your order number and the refund is issued through Paddle, usually within 3–5 business days.
Subscriptions
New subscriptions are fully refundable within the first 14 days. After that, cancel anytime to stop future renewals — the current period runs to its end and is not prorated.
Renewals
Forgot to cancel? Renewal charges are refundable within 7 days of the charge, provided no downloads were made in the new period. A reminder email is sent before every yearly renewal.
How refunds are processed
All refunds are processed by Paddle to the original payment method. VAT and taxes are refunded along with the purchase price. If you paid in a local currency, exchange-rate differences may apply.
Complaints & disputes
If a refund request is declined and you disagree, email scriptry.io@gmail.com — every complaint gets a first response within 2 business days and a resolution within 10. If we can't resolve it directly, Paddle.com, as merchant of record, can review the case independently.
