Everything buyers ask.
Buying & billing
How does checkout and billing work?
Paddle is the merchant of record. It handles cards, PayPal, VAT/sales tax, and invoices in 200+ countries. You get a proper tax invoice automatically.
Which plan should I pick?
One project, one protocol: buy the single product. Shipping regularly or watching the specs evolve: All-Access yearly — two products already cost more. Agencies billing clients on this code: Partner, for the SLA and team seats.
Do you offer refunds?
One-time purchases carry a 14-day no-questions money-back guarantee. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime and are refundable within the first 14 days.
What payment methods are supported?
Cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay — whatever Paddle supports in your country. Prices are in USD; Paddle shows your local currency at checkout.
Licensing
Can I use the products in client work?
Yes — every license covers unlimited client projects. The only thing you cannot do is resell or redistribute the source itself.
What happens if I cancel All-Access?
You keep everything you downloaded, and it keeps working. You stop receiving new products and updates. Resubscribe anytime to catch up.
Is the source obfuscated or license-locked?
No. Full TypeScript source, no phone-home, no license server. The license key in your dashboard is for support verification only.
Products & support
These protocols are new. Will the code keep up?
That is the point of the subscription. When ACP, UCP, or MCP change, updates ship within days — with migration notes. Protocol volatility is my problem, not yours.
What support is included?
Single product: email support. All-Access: private Discord, replies under 48 hours (GMT+6, closed Fridays). Partner: under 24 hours guaranteed, plus a monthly 1:1 call.
Can you integrate it into my codebase for me?
Yes — that is contract work, through Upwork or direct. Partner subscribers get integration help included and a discount on larger engagements.
